Youth- and family-serving organizations around the country and across the world have used NCFY's "Introduction to Positive Youth Development" to provide self-paced, online training for their staff. So we're happy to announce that the two-part course has been revised and updated to keep it relevant in an ever-changing field. Users have called the course "great" and "very informative" -- we hope you and your staff will agree!

Module 1 introduces participants to concepts and theories of Positive Youth Development, such as the Search Institute's 40 Assets, the Five Promises and other approaches.

Module 2 helps participants take what they've learned and put Positive Youth Development into practice in their day-to-day work.

Social service professionals who take the course receive a certificate of completion after they pass each module's final test.
